VeCommerce Rings In New Sales and Business Consultant Appointments

VeCommerce, one of the world's leading innovators in the provision of speaker verification solutions and voice self-service, has expanded its New South Wales and Victorian-based sales team while at the same boosting its business consulting, operations and customer service support personnel.

Kath Murphy joins the Victorian sales team as a Business Development Manager with responsibility for Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. She joins VeCommerce with 15 years' experience in the enterprise voice and contact centre solutions industry and was formerly with Telstra where she managed the organisation's national sales team in the Contact Centre and Speech Solutions Group. Murphy previously held roles at Touchbase, 3D Networks, Ericsson and Optus.

Helen Barrow joins VeCommerce's New South Wales sales team based in Sydney. Barrow has two decades of experience in the IT industry and was at the forefront of selling Business Intelligence in Australia in the early 1990's working for Holos Management Systems which subsequently became Business Objects. She then went on to run her own successful IT business selling enterprise solutions to the top 100 companies in Australia. Most recently, Barrow has been successfully selling configuration management and security solutions.

David Scone has also joined VeCommerce in Sydney as Business Development Manger. David has been in the IT industry for 25 years and during this time has worked for many of the industry's leading vendors, including Unisys, Cable & Wireless/ Optus, Juniper Networks and Pisces Group.

Daniel Edwards has joined VeCommerce as Business Consultant based in Melbourne and has nine years' experience in call centre operations. Previously, he worked at SalesForce where he most recently managed all Telstra inbound call centre teams across the country. Prior roles at SalesForce included Director of the NSW state office and several years as a Senior Analyst involved in the design, implementation and improvement of SalesForce call centres.

At the same time, Andrew Molchanoff and Nick Albion have been appointed Software Engineers based in Sydney while Andrew Gaul and Peter Hand have joined as Service Support Engineers.
