VePay®, is Salmat VeCommerce's bill payment application. VePay automatically services customers paying bills, making reservations or any other transactions via credit card. It quickly and securely enables customers to provide their card details over the phone using speech recognition or DTMF inputs. Support for reporting a payment made or extending payment terms is also included. Straight-through processing is supported via standard connectors with payment gateways.
VePay is able to exist in a stand alone configuration, or within a suite of other voice enabled, e-commerce solutions. This allows organisations to offer earlier fee collection for service providers, such as utilities and insurance organisations.
